Our Engineering team plays an essential role in maintaining the comfort, safety and reliability of our environment.Our Ideal CandidateA strong technical background in plumbing maintenance, combined with a careful and methodical approach to work, is essential for this position.The ideal candidate is confident in diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and maintaining plumbing systems within a hotel or large commercial property. You understand the importance of responding promptly to maintenance requests, protecting guest areas while working and completing every task safely and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect, maintain and repair plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, sanitary fixtures and associated equipment.Diagnose and resolve leaks, blockages, water pressure issues and other plumbing faults.Carry out preventive maintenance to minimise breakdowns and service interruptions.Install, replace and repair pipes, valves, fittings, taps, toilets, showers and other plumbing fixtures.Maintain plumbing installations in guest rooms, public areas, kitchens and back-of-house facilities.Assist with the maintenance of water pumps, storage tanks and hot water distribution systems within the scope of the role.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency plumbing incidents.Coordinate with other Engineering colleagues to complete repairs requiring multiple trades.Maintain accurate records of completed work, inspections and material usage.Follow established safety procedures, including isolation requirements, safe tool use and water hygiene practices.Keep work areas clean and minimise disruption to guests and resort operations.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of practical plumbing maintenance experience, preferably within a hotel, resort or large commercial property.Technical certificate or vocational training in Plumbing or a related trade is preferred.Good knowledge of water supply, drainage, sanitary installations and plumbing maintenance procedures.Ability to identify faults and carry out repairs independently.Familiarity with pumps, valves, pipe fittings and hot water systems.Ability to read basic plumbing drawings and technical instructions.Understanding of workplace safety and preventive maintenance practices.Basic English communication skills to understand work instructions and coordinate with colleagues.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and respond to emergency maintenance requirements.What We OfferThe opportunity to contribute to the maintenance of a distinctive luxury beachfront resort.An exciting journey towards the opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah.Competitive tax-free salary and service charge.Medical insurance, annual leave, flight benefits and end-of-service gratuity.Complimentary accommodation, transportation and employee meals.Technical learning, development and career growth opportunities.A collaborative Engineering team committed to maintaining a safe and exceptional resort environment.Management LevelEngineering | Line Staff
