Each project is handled by one accountable team, giving clients clear communication, consistent control, and confidence from start to completion.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Pre-Insulated Duct Fabricator and Installer. The role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, measuring and marking materials, and fabricating pre-insulated HVAC ducts using appropriate tools and cutting techniques. The individual will assemble, seal, and reinforce duct sections, install ducts according to design layouts, and ensure proper alignment, support, and insulation integrity. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with site supervisors and MEP teams, maintaining safe work practices, troubleshooting installation issues, and performing quality checks on completed work. The role also includes keeping work areas organized, managing materials efficiently, and completing tasks within agreed timelines and standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in duct fabrication, including measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling pre-insulated duct panels according to technical drawings.Candidates should possess skills in duct installation, including positioning, fixing, supporting, and sealing ducts to ensure proper airflow and system performance.Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting HVAC layouts, construction drawings, and technical specifications to execute work accurately.Candidates should possess skills in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently, along with basic material handling and site safety practices.Candidates should possess practical knowledge of HVAC systems, insulation methods, and quality control checks for air-tightness and finishing.Relevant experience in pre-insulated duct fabrication and installation, preferably within fit-out or MEP projects, is highly beneficial.Ability to work independently and as part of a coordinated site team, follow instructions, and meet project deadlines.Basic numeracy and literacy, with vocational training or certification in HVAC, duct fabrication, or related trades considered an advantage.Commitment to health and safety standards and willingness to adhere to company procedures and site regulations.
