Prime Brokerage / Derivatives Legal Consultant / Day Rate / Fully RemoteSSQ is working on a fully remote day-rate opportunity with a leading professional services firm, supporting a major global investment bank.The role is focused on Prime Brokerage and broader trading documentation, with a significant US / New York market element.They’re looking for someone with broad documentation experience across areas such as:Prime Brokerage AgreementsISDA Master Agreements and CSAsFutures and optionsCleared derivativesGMRAs / MRAsGMSLAs / MSLAsSecurities lendingGlobal netting agreementsGuarantees and ancillary trading documentationA key part of the brief is experience negotiating US / New York law agreements and dealing directly with US clients, counterparties or legal teams.The role would suit someone who has worked within a global investment bank, asset manager or financial institution and is comfortable managing negotiations independently.Key requirements:Strong Prime Brokerage experienceBroad trading documentation backgroundExperience with US / New York law agreementsExperience with US / New York counterpartiesAbility to work New York hours or a blended UK / New York scheduleThe position is fully remote and offered on a competitive day-rate basis.If this sounds relevant, please apply or get in touch for more information.
