Private Equity Legal Associate

Our client is a leading private equity firm and is looking for a motivated Legal Associate to join their legal team in Luxembourg and contribute to the execution of a broad range of corporate and investment‑related matters. In this position, you will have extensive exposure and gain experience with the full lifecycle of corporate governance and transactional activity.The Role:Assisting with the preparation, coordination and follow‑up of corporate and investment transactionsDrafting, reviewing and formatting legal documents, including agreements, resolutions and compliance materialsPreparing and maintaining routine corporate documentation for group entities and portfolio structuresSupporting entity incorporations, reorganisations and dissolutions in partnership with service providersActing as a point of contact for internal teams and international officesCoordinating with law firms, notaries, banks and corporate service providers on ongoing mattersContributing to KYC/AML reviews, onboarding processes and regulatory checksAssisting with regulatory submissions and ensuring corporate records remain compliant with local requirementsThe Profile:2+ years of relevant experience.Strong understanding of corporate governance, legal documentation and transactional workflowsFluent in English and FrenchInterested or curious to learn more?
