Procurement Specialist

LAMUDA is a Saudi flowers and gifts brand operating a retail branch and a production workshop. We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead planned, well-documented procurement and to strengthen our vendor credit base.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a rolling two-week purchasing plan for the branch and the workshop.
• Expand the company's credit vendor base by securing new credit vendors and converting existing cash vendors to credit terms.
• Negotiate pricing, credit limits and extended payment terms, and maintain at least two approved credit vendors per category.
• Manage vendor relationships, including credit terms, limits and monthly statement reconciliation.
• Prepare quotations and follow each purchase through to delivery.
• Manage the petty-cash float and reconcile it weekly against invoices.
• Operate the company's internal procurement system and Odoo.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years of procurement experience, preferably in retail, flowers, gifts or food and beverage.
• Working knowledge of Odoo or another ERP system, and proficiency in Excel.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• A valid Saudi driving license.
• Strong negotiation skills, accurate record-keeping and commitment to deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• An established network of flower, packaging and floristry-supply vendors in Riyadh.
