Product Designer (UX/UI)

Full-time | 4–6 years' experience | Delhi NCR | Remote-firstAt Maatra, we're looking for a product designer with exceptional visual craft to help us take our live product to a much higher standard of design.Maatra is an AI-powered family healthcare platform, available on iOS and Android. We help people manage the ongoing care of ageing parents and loved ones — keeping track of health records, medicines, lab results and follow-ups, and making it easier to act on what needs doing.We have an established product, a design system and an ambitious roadmap. We're looking for someone who can bring a fresh eye to what we've built and help shape what comes next.What you'll work onElevate the visual quality of our product. Refine typography, spacing, composition, information hierarchy and interaction details.Design new product experiences. Translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive, mobile-first interfaces.Shape AI-powered interactions. Design conversational experiences and contextual actions that feel natural and easy to use.Evolve our design system. Work within our existing Figma component library, improving consistency and usability.Work closely with engineering. Deliver implementation-ready designs and ensure the shipped experience meets your standards.What we're looking for4–6 years of product design experience, including substantial mobile app work.An exceptional portfolio demonstrating visual craft in shipped digital products. We care strongly about attention to detail.Strong foundations in UX and interaction design, supported by formal design education or equivalent professional experience.Advanced proficiency in Figma and component-based design systems.Experience working in a startup or fast-moving product environment.The ability to work independently, take ownership and collaborate closely with founders and engineers.Familiarity with Claude DesignWhy Maatra?We're a small team tackling a meaningful problem.
