Do you have 3+ years of GEOINT experience on the training, certification or workforce side, rather than imagery?If so, this one is for you.A 140 person specialist national security contractor is hiring GEOINT program analysts at multiple levels, from early career (3 years) through senior (5+ years).The work supports GEOINT training, certification and workforce planning across the intelligence community.What you'd be doingMapping GEOINT competencies and training standards, building metrics and running program reviews, writing plans and SOPs, and briefing senior leaders. You'll support the community bodies that shape how GEOINT professionals are trained and certified.What they needActive TS/SCI clearance3+ years in GEOINT tradecraft, training development or human capitalExperience writing decision briefs and managing schedules in MS ProjectBachelor's degree (or equivalent experience at the entry level)Ideal backgroundNGA, NGC, NSG or ASG experience.Knowledge of GEOINT certification or learning programs is a strong plus.

Location: Springfield, VA.
