This position offers the opportunity to work on projects from concept through construction, collaborating closely with project teams, consultants, and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural designs from schematic design through construction documentsCreate and maintain detailed Revit models and drawing setsEnsure accuracy, coordination, and consistency within Revit project filesCoordinate with structural, MEP, and civil consultants to support integrated designAssist with code research, zoning analysis, and regulatory complianceParticipate in client meetings and design presentationsSupport construction administration activities, including submittal and RFI reviewManage multiple tasks while meeting project schedules and deadlinesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program3+ years of professional architectural experienceNo license requiredProficiency in Revit (required)Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and detailingProven experience producing coordinated construction documents in RevitStrong written, verbal, and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working on [commercial / residential / multifamily / healthcare / education projectsExperience with Revit standards, templates, and worksharingFamiliarity with BIM coordination and interdisciplinary model integrationProgress toward architectural licensureCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (commensurate with experience)Comprehensive benefits package including:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with a 3% guaranteed contribution from the companyPaid time off and holidaysLong-term growth opportunities JOB ID: 181985 #postTodd LevyTo Apply for this Job Click Here, $75,000 - $95,000,
