Project Manager – Banking & Testing

RoleSystems Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Banking & Testing to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery within the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise, hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance, and a solid understanding of banking systems and processes.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end banking technology projects, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope, budget, and quality standards.Oversee testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and vendors.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Ensure effective implementation of testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.Manage stakeholder communication, project reporting, and escalation processes.Ensure project deliverables align with banking regulations, business requirements, and organizational standards.Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and testing processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in project management within the banking and financial services sector.Strong background in software testing, quality assurance, and UAT management.Experience managing banking applications, digital banking platforms, or core banking systems.Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.Proficiency in project management and testing tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar platforms.Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.PMP, PRINCE2, ISTQB, or Agile certifications will be an added advantage.Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC banking sector will be preferred.Candidates based in KSA with immediate joining availability will be given preference.
