QA/QC Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Ensure quality control and assurance of electrical works in accordance with project specifications and SEC standards.Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.Prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, RFIs, and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management standards.Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients regarding quality-related matters.Review material approvals, inspection reports, and quality documentation.Ensure electrical works comply with IEC, IEEE, NEC, and SEC standards.Maintain QA/QC records and prepare regular quality reports.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.Minimum 10 years of experience in power, transmission, distribution, substation, or energy projects, with strong electrical QA/QC experience.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QA/QC procedures.Experience in NCRs, RFIs, MIRs, ITPs, and Method Statements.Strong knowledge of Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), IEC, IEEE, and NEC standards.Previous SEC / Saudi Energy approval is preferred.Excellent communication, coordination, and technical documentation skills.
