Project Manager – Data Center Automation | Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai Who Are We?At Otomatica, we are a technology and engineering company that delivers end-to-end automation systems for data centers and executes international-scale projects in Türkiye and the Gulf Region.Within the scope of our projects, we manage the design, software development, commissioning, testing, and delivery processes for BMS (Building Management System), EPMS (Electrical Power Monitoring System), PMS, SCADA, PLC, and third-party system integrations; and we work with the world’s leading data center investors and main contractors.To join our growing organization, we are looking for a Project Manager residing in Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai who will effectively coordinate technical teams and customer processes.Duties and Responsibilities🔹 Manage all project processes end-to-end, from the contract stage through final delivery,🔹 Coordinate customer, design, engineering, software, site, and commissioning teams,🔹 Create, monitor, and keep project plans up to date,🔹 Monitor the project budget, resources, and schedules to ensure progress in line with targets,🔹 Manage customer meetings and prepare regular project status reports,🔹 Proactively manage project risks, scope changes, and potential delays,🔹 Coordinate subcontractor and supplier processes,🔹 Monitor the timely completion of testing, commissioning, documentation, and delivery processes,🔹 Regularly report project performance and critical developments to management.Required Qualifications✓ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics, Electrical, Control, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field,✓ At least 3 years of experience in project management,✓ Strong planning, organization, follow-up, and coordination skills,✓ Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and different stakeholders simultaneously,✓ Strong customer communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills,✓ Proficient in MS Project or similar project planning and tracking tools,✓ No travel restrictions,✓ Candidates with fluent English proficiency.✓ Proficiency in Arabic is considered a plus.Technical Experience and CompetenciesExperience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:⚙️ Data center projects⚙️ Building Automation (BMS)⚙️ Energy Monitoring Systems (EPMS)⚙️ SCADA applications⚙️ PLC systems⚙️ Communication protocols⚙️ Testing and Commissioning⚙️ FAT / SAT processesWhat Awaits You at Otomatica?🌐 Opportunity to work on the world’s leading data center projects,🌐 Experience working on international projects in the Gulf Region,🤝 Opportunity to work with different engineering disciplines,📈 A dynamic work environment where you can develop both technical expertise and project management competencies.Advance Your Career Through International ProjectsIf you want to take responsibility in technology-focused international projects and coordinate different technical disciplines and stakeholders toward the same goal, we look forward to receiving your application.
