About the RoleDeep Knowledge Group is seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager — QuantumTech & UltraTech Projects to coordinate the development, execution and delivery of strategic technology, analytics and commercial initiatives across QuantumTech and UltraTech projects.Quantum Tech Industry provides advanced quantum technology analytics, benchmarking and forecasting for investors, corporations and governments.Ultra Technology Industry Analytics focuses on next-generation technologies and AI-driven smart matching between companies, investors, scientists, engineers, R&D organizations and strategic collaborators.The role combines project management, strategic coordination, operational execution and cross-functional collaboration.We are looking for a manager who can quickly understand complex projects, establish structured action plans, coordinate multiple stakeholders, maintain accountability and ensure measurable progress with limited supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate QuantumTech and UltraTech projects from planning through execution and delivery.Develop and maintain project action plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and performance indicators.Coordinate cross-functional activities involving Product Development, Business Development, MarTech, Analytics, Research, IT and other departments.Translate strategic objectives and management instructions into clear tasks, responsibilities and execution plans.Monitor project progress, identify delays and dependencies, and proactively resolve operational blockers.Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines, priorities and quality standards.Coordinate the development and launch of technology platforms, analytical products, dashboards and commercial initiatives.Support business development and partnership activities by coordinating proposals, presentations, research and project materials.Organize project documentation, working materials, task trackers and management reporting.Facilitate internal coordination meetings, maintain follow-up actions and ensure accountability across participating teams.Identify opportunities to improve workflows, resource allocation, operational efficiency and project outcomes.Use project-management, CRM and AI tools to structure workflows, monitor execution and improve productivity.Provide regular progress reports covering completed deliverables, upcoming priorities, risks, blockers and required decisions.Maintain effective communication with senior management, internal teams and external stakeholders.Requirements4+ years of relevant experience in project management, program coordination, operations, product development, consulting or technology-driven business environments.Proven experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously.Strong organizational, planning and execution skills.Ability to transform complex or ambiguous objectives into structured action plans with clear deliverables and deadlines.Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure execution without constant supervision.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience with project-management systems, task trackers, reporting tools and collaborative platforms.Ability to quickly understand sophisticated technologies, analytical products and business models.High level of ownership, initiative, accountability and independence.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Practical experience using AI tools for research, analysis, project coordination and productivity.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment with evolving priorities.Excellent English.Strong AdvantagesExperience in QuantumTech, DeepTech, AI, advanced technologies or other knowledge-intensive industries.Experience managing technology platforms, SaaS products, analytics solutions or market intelligence projects.Understanding of B2B business development, enterprise solutions, strategic partnerships and commercial product launches.Experience working with investors, corporations, governments, research institutions or technology companies.Experience coordinating international teams across multiple departments and time zones.Familiarity with GCC/UAE, European, UK, US or Asian markets.Experience working directly with founders, executives or senior management.Experience launching new projects, products or commercial initiatives from initial planning to
