Proposals EngineerWe are looking for an experienced Proposals Engineer with a strong background in preparing and managing government project proposals in KSA.About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality technical and commercial proposals, coordinating tender submissions, and supporting the bid process from opportunity identification through submission. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent proposal writing and coordination skills within an engineering consultancy environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals for government projects in KSA.Review tender documents, RFPs, and client requirements.Coordinate with internal departments to gather information required for proposal submissions.Ensure proposals are submitted accurately and within deadlines.Maintain proposal documentation, templates, and records.Support prequalification submissions and tender clarifications.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.5–10 years of experience in a Proposals or Tendering Department within an Engineering Consultancy.Proven experience in preparing and submitting proposals for government projects in KSA.Strong understanding of tendering and bidding processes.Required SkillsFluency in Arabic is a must (written and spoken).Excellent proposal writing and document preparation skills.Strong communication and coordination abilities.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
