QA Tester

Role SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team in Dubai, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products before release. This role plays a critical part in identifying defects early, improving product stability, and enhancing overall user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, document, and execute test cases based on business and technical requirementsPerform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across web and/or mobile applicationsIdentify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools, and verify fixesCollaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirementsParticipate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and release readiness reviewsDevelop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test dataSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide clear defect reportsRequired SkillsStrong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processesExperience with manual testing; familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is a plusProficiency in using bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailGood communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional, agile teamsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldISTQB certification or equivalent QA certification is preferredSolid understanding of SDLC and STLC processesBasic knowledge of SQL for data validation is an advantageExperience Requirement2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing rolesExperience testing web and/or mobile applications in an agile environment preferredLocation / Work ModeDubai Emirate, United Arab Emirates — On-siteSalary / BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience and qualificationsHealth insurance and standard UAE employment benefitsOpportunities for professional development and certification supportCollaborative and growth-oriented work environment
