QHSE Manager - Facilities ManagementRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced QHSE Manager to support a UK-wide Facilities Management and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) business. You will provide health, safety, environmental and quality guidance across multiple sites, helping ensure statutory compliance, maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.Salary: £60,000Monday to FridayKey ResponsibilitiesProvide QHSE support and guidance to contract managers, site teams and mobile engineers.Manage and maintain the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).Carry out site inspections, internal audits and compliance reviews.Investigate accidents, manage incidents and ensure corrective actions are completed.Develop and review risk assessments, policies and QHSE documentation.Deliver QHSE inductions, training and awareness sessions.Support contract mobilisation, external audits and accreditation submissions.Monitor compliance performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Work closely with the QHSE Director to promote best practice across the business.RequirementsExperience in a QHSE role within Facilities Management, Building Services or an M&E environment.Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.Experience carrying out audits, site inspections, accident investigations and risk assessments.Strong communication, organisational and reporting skills.Ability to work with multiple sites, contract teams and stakeholders across the UK and Ireland.If you have a strong QHSE background within FM or M&E and are looking for your next opportunity, we would be keen to hear from you.
