This position involves managing client relationships, identifying and listing properties, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. The Real Estate Specialist will prepare and present property proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure all documentation and contracts are completed accurately and in compliance with local regulations. Daily responsibilities include monitoring market trends, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and maintaining an updated database of available properties and client requirements.
