Tailor my CV for this job — freeWe are hiring a Real Estate Data & Analytics Specialist to work on a project with an Abu Dhabi government entity in the real estate sector. You'll provide the validated data and analysis behind the entity's market intelligence, forecasts and supply-demand inputs, delivering accurate, traceable outputs for reports, studies and leadership requests.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile supply, demand, transaction, price, rent and pipeline data, validating it against sources before use
- Maintain business data definitions, source records and methodology notes
- Flag data gaps and quality issues to the data and technology team for resolution
- Run and validate index and indicator releases against the approved methodology
- Analyse market performance by area, asset class, segment and period
- Maintain forecasting inputs and assumptions, and support supply-demand assessments, scenarios and market-impact analysis
- Produce accurate tables, charts and analytical outputs for reports, studies and executive requests
- Maintain market trackers and dashboards, and respond to ad hoc data requests with clear assumptions and traceable sources
- Translate business questions into data requirementsRequirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in real estate analytics, data analysis, business intelligence, economics, statistics, market research or a related field
- Hands-on experience collecting, cleaning, reconciling and analysing complex datasets from multiple sources
- Experience developing dashboards, recurring reports, market indicators or forecasting-support models
- Strong quantitative analysis and data-visualisation skills; exposure to spatial or GIS analysis is an advantage
- Experience in real estate, government or semi-government, advisory or another data-intensive regulated sector is preferred; GCC experience is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, data analytics, finance, real estate, engineering, computer science or a related quantitative field
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantageThis role is open to UAE Nationals only.
