Regional Head of Human Resources

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a growing business based in Dubai to hire a Regional Head of HR to lead its people strategy and scale its HR function. This is is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone with a proven track record of building and transforming HR functions in fast-growing organisations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the HR strategy across multiple regions.Lead compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent management and L&D.Drive organisational design, workforce planning and HR transformation.Establish HR policies, governance and compliance across international markets.Build and develop the HR team across the UAE and overseas.Requirements15+ years experience in Human Resources.Experience leading HR regionally, with GCC experience a mustProven ability to build and scale HR functions in fast-growing businesses.A strong track record in transformation.Experience supporting large workforces.A commercially minded, strategic and hands-on leaderThis is a confidential opportunity.
