Regional Sales ManagerGorilla Energy is a top ten global energy drink brand, currently expanding its operations in Türkiye. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our field sales operations within an assigned region. The successful candidate will manage the regional sales team and distributor network, with full accountability for sales, distribution, and execution results across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive full range penetration and execution across the assigned regionAchieve sales, numeric distribution, placement, and execution targets while increasing market share and visibilityConduct regular field visits to ensure consistent merchandising and in-store executionHelp recruit, train, and mentor the regional sales team, setting KPIs and conducting regular performance reviewsBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors, negotiating and ensuring sales performance, optimal inventory levels, distribution coverage, and compliance with agreementsMonitor and collect distributor balances and overdue receivables, and identify suitable distributor partners for underserved areasAnalyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity, and prepare forecasts, reports, and presentations for management and distributorsCollaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to achieve targets and resolve distributor issues promptlyQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant disciplineProven experience in regional or area sales management within the FMCG sector; beverage industry experience is considered an assetSolid experience in distributor management within the traditional trade channelDemonstrated ability to lead and develop field sales teams, with an action-oriented and results-driven approachStrong negotiation and relationship management skillsSound analytical, forecasting, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsGood command of written and spoken EnglishValid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently#poweryourinstinct
