Rental Sales Agent

Job PurposeThe Rental Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling vehicle rental services, assisting customers throughout the rental process, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on maximizing rental revenue, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting the achievement of branch business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentPromote daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term vehicle rental services to individual and corporate customers.Achieve rental sales and revenue targets set by management.Identify new business opportunities and support customer retention initiatives.Upsell additional services, insurance products, and vehicle upgrades.Customer ServiceWelcome customers and provide professional assistance throughout the rental process.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in visits.Provide accurate information regarding vehicle availability, rental rates, terms, and conditions.Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.Rental OperationsPrepare and process rental agreements, quotations, and related documentation.Verify customer eligibility, driving licenses, and supporting documents.Coordinate vehicle handover and return processes.Ensure vehicles are delivered and received in accordance with company procedures.Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate with fleet and operations teams.Administration & ReportingMaintain accurate customer records and rental documentation.Process payments, invoices, deposits, and related transactions.Prepare daily and monthly rental performance reports.Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.QualificationsEducationDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Automotive Management, or a related field.Experience1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, vehicle rental, automotive, or a related industry.Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.Skills & CompetenciesStrong sales and customer service skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Experience using CRM or rental management systems is an advantage.Fluency in Arabic and English.Additional RequirementsSaudi National.Valid Saudi Driving License preferred.Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Rental revenue achievement.New customer acquisition.Customer satisfaction score.Vehicle utilization rate.Upselling performance.Accuracy and compliance of rental documentation.
