If you have a strong background in supplement formulation, ingredient innovation, and product development, this is an exciting opportunity to turn scientific knowledge into market-ready products that support health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead supplement R&D and formulation development across tablets, capsules, softgels, powders, gummies, and other dosage forms.Drive new product innovation, from ingredient selection and formulation feasibility to prototype development, stability testing, and commercialization.Evaluate active ingredients, raw materials, and emerging technologies to enhance product quality, functionality, and market differentiation.Manage R&D projects, ensuring delivery against development timelines, quality requirements, and target costs.Oversee pilot production, manufacturing scale-up, troubleshooting, and technology transfer to commercial production.Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, and Production to ensure successful product launches.Ensure compliance with applicable Thai FDA requirements, GMP standards, and relevant supplement regulations.Lead and develop the R&D team, strengthening technical capabilities, operational efficiency, and a culture of innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Pharmaceutical Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.5–8 years of relevant R&D or formulation development experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, functional foods, or related industries.Proven experience developing supplement formulations across multiple dosage forms.Strong technical knowledge of active ingredients, formulation compatibility, stability testing, and manufacturing scale-up.Experience in OEM/ODM or contract manufacturing is highly preferred.Good understanding of applicable Thai FDA regulations, GMP, and supplement quality standards.Strong leadership, project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.A proactive, commercially minded professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Excellent in Thai & English communication skills
