Resident Engagement Manager (Saudi National)

We are looking for an experienced Resident Engagement Manager to oversee engagement delivery, governance, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will serve as the single point of accountability for engagement success, ensuring effective planning, performance tracking, regulatory coordination, and timely resolution of escalations.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn overall engagement governance, delivery planning, prioritization, and execution.Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure effective communication.Track KPIs, performance metrics, milestones, and engagement success criteria.Prepare and deliver stakeholder reports, progress updates, and management dashboards.Manage escalations, identify delivery risks, and coordinate timely resolution.Coordinate regulatory submissions, compliance documentation, and supporting evidence packs, including responses to the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA).Monitor engagement performance and drive continuous improvement.Ensure alignment between delivery teams, stakeholders, and regulatory requirements.Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in engagement management, delivery governance, or stakeholder management.Strong understanding of project planning, KPI tracking, reporting, and risk management.Experience coordinating regulatory submissions and compliance evidence.Familiarity with cybersecurity governance and NCA requirements is an advantage.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
