We are looking for someone to unify them into one integrated system and automate everything that can be automated. This is a fully hands-on role: you build it yourself, and AI agents are your team.What you will do
• Map our finance, operations and sales processes and turn them into one system.
• Lead the move to a full ERP: selection, configuration, integration and data migration.
• Replace repetitive manual work with automation, and measure what it saves.
• Build and train AI agents properly, with clear checks on their output.
• Own the technical and compliance details: hosting, databases, access control, information security, and Saudi requirements such as e-invoicing and personal data protection.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to the team.Your first 90 daysUnify our core processes in one system, set the ERP migration plan, and put the first set of AI agents into real daily use.Who you are
• A builder, with real work that runs (or ran) for real users.
• Highly skilled with AI: you build agents, direct them, verify their output, and know when not to trust it.
• An automation mindset: every manual task is something to shrink.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in systems development or automation.
• No degree required — we judge what you build.
