FM Planner

We’re Hiring | FM PlannerWe are looking for an experienced FM Planner to join our Operations team. This role supports planning, mobilization, financial coordination, and performance reporting across multiple FM contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor preventive maintenance schedules, manpower plans, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with operational teams to track planned activities, work orders, and outstanding actions.
• Support contract mobilization, including manpower, equipment, materials, and deployment planning.
• Coordinate with Finance on budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and cost tracking.
• Develop and maintain dashboards covering operational KPIs, maintenance performance, and mobilization progress.
• Consolidate contract data and prepare regular management reports.
• Maintain accurate planning records using CAFM or ERP systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience in FM operations and planning.
• Experience in mobilization and financial coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
• Experience using CAFM or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Saudi nationals are preferred.
