Network Development Specialist - Saudi

This position is subject to the applicable Saudization (Localization) requirements in Saudi Arabia.We’re Hiring | Network Development Specialist - SaudiAlesayi Motors is looking for a Network Development Specialist to support the development, expansion, and operational readiness of our branch and facility network across Saudi Arabia.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate branch development, renovation, expansion, and site readiness activities.Monitor project timelines, milestones, progress, and pending works.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Support site assessments and follow up on permits, approvals, and required documentation.Monitor project costs, risks, delays, and scope changes.Prepare accurate project progress and site readiness reports.Support the timely completion and operational readiness of branches and facilities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of relevant experience in Network Development, Project Coordination, Branch Development, Facilities, or Site Development.Experience with site readiness, contractors, project timelines, and progress tracking.Strong reporting, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Automotive or retail industry experience is preferred.Willingness to conduct site visits and travel within Saudi Arabia as required.Key SkillsProject Coordination | Network Development | Site Development | Facilities Management | Contractor Coordination | Project Planning | Progress Reporting | Stakeholder Management | Microsoft Excel
