Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee training program delivery, schedules, and timelines.Liaise with external training providers and partner companies.Monitor participant attendance and training progress.Prepare periodic progress reports and maintain training records.Follow up with stakeholders to ensure training activities are completed as planned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Training, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in training coordination, training program management, or learning and development.Experience coordinating with external training providers or corporate training partners.Strong organizational, communication, reporting, and follow-up skills.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
