ICT Project ManagerDAR ALTAQNIA is looking for an experienced ICT Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ICT infrastructure projects, with hands-on knowledge of both active and passive components, and the ability to lead projects from planning through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.About DAR ALTAQNIADAR ALTAQNIA is an ICT and ELV solutions provider specializing in turnkey technology solutions across the GCC. Our capabilities cover ICT network infrastructure, active networking and cybersecurity equipment, structured cabling, fiber optics, telecommunications, audiovisual systems, and integrated smart building solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage ICT projects from initiation and planning through execution, testing, commissioning, and final handover.Oversee the installation and integration of active ICT components, including switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls, and network security equipment.Manage passive infrastructure, including structured cabling, fiber optics, copper cabling, containment, telecom rooms, and network racks.Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.Review project schedules, BOQs, drawings, technical submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals.Monitor project progress, costs, quality, resources, and contractual requirements.Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, HSE requirements, and approved technical documentation.Identify project risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and ensure timely delivery.Manage testing, commissioning, system integration, as-built documentation, and project handover.Provide regular progress reports and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as an ICT Project Manager or in a similar project delivery role.Strong practical knowledge of both active and passive ICT infrastructure.Experience managing structured cabling, fiber optics, LAN/WAN, switching, routing, Wi-Fi, and network security projects.Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.Strong project planning, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience delivering ICT projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred.Familiarity with project management methodologies and relevant ICT industry standards is an advantage.What We’re Looking ForA proactive and technically strong professional who can take ownership of project delivery, lead multidisciplinary teams, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
