The ideal candidate combines exceptional hospitality standards with strong leadership, commercial awareness and a proven ability to deliver memorable guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily club and restaurant operations, ensuring consistently high standards of food, beverage and service.Lead, train and motivate the team.Plan and deliver private events, corporate functions and special occasions, from initial enquiry through execution.Build lasting relationships with guests, clients and partners, generating repeat business and new bookings.Work with the marketing team to develop events and promotions that reflect 1927’s identity.Manage budgets, inventory and operating costs while achieving revenue and profitability targets.RequirementsAt least 5 years of management experience in comparable venues combining club, restaurant and events operations.Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and premium hospitality standards.Proven experience in event planning, coordination and delivery.A track record of driving sales and developing client relationships.Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills, with a hands-on approach.Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and during events.If you’re interested or know someone who would be a great fit, please reach out or share your CV at hr@cinemacity.ae
