Cozy Vibes aims to provide memorable dining experiences that feel both refined and welcoming to a wide range of guests.Role Description The Restaurant Captain is a full-time, on-site role based at Cozy Vibes Restaurant & Café in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role oversees daily front-of-house operations, including coordinating service, supervising service staff, and ensuring smooth table turnover. The Restaurant Captain welcomes guests, manages reservations and seating, and monitors service quality to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The role includes training and guiding team members, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and collaborating with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely, accurate food and beverage service. The Restaurant Captain also supports adherence to hygiene, safety, and brand standards while contributing to an overall exceptional guest experience.QualificationsStrong supervisory skills with experience leading and motivating front-of-house teams.Proven ability to ensure customer satisfaction through proactive, attentive customer service.Excellent communication skills for coordinating with guests, service staff, and kitchen teams.Solid understanding of food & beverage operations, including menu knowledge and service standards.Previous experience in a restaurant or café in a supervisory or captain role is a must.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Professional appearance and demeanour, with a strong focus on hospitality and teamwork.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
