Restaurant Operations Manager – Fine Dining RestaurantWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our signature Fine Dining Restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest standards of luxury service, and driving operational and financial success. This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire a high-performing team, build strong guest relationships, and ensure flawless execution of service standards while creating memorable dining experiences.The Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest satisfaction, team leadership, service quality, financial performance, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Working closely with the culinary team, the successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house, uphold exceptional food and beverage presentation standards, and drive revenue through effective upselling, promotions, and guest retention initiatives. The role also includes analyzing operational performance, managing budgets and labor costs, controlling expenses, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.The ideal candidate will hold a Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining restaurants, or upscale standalone venues. A strong understanding of restaurant financials, operational excellence, guest engagement, and team development is essential. Experience with Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, or other luxury hospitality standards is highly desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, communication, decision-making, adaptability, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced luxury dining environment.
