Retail Specialist – Director’s Office | OPPO Colombia | Bogotá D.C.

OPPO is looking for an analytical, organized professional to work directly with our Retail Director. You will turn retail data into insights and keep management information flowing.What you’ll doBuild and maintain retail performance dashboards, track core KPIs, and analyze trends and anomalies.Drive the standardized use of CRM and retail management systems so store, staff, inventory and sales data stay accurate and up to date.Prepare business performance reports, budget plans, business reviews and strategic planning materials.Coordinate key meetings, business communications and management activities.Support other retail operations and management tasks assigned by the Retail Director.What you bringBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or a related field.1–2 years of experience in retail, commercial analysis, sales operations or management support.Fluent Spanish and strong English (B2+) for business communication.Advanced Excel; Power BI or similar dashboard tools are a plus.Strong logical thinking, organization, planning and project management skills.Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable managing several priorities in a fast-paced environment.
