Team members work within a fast-paced, tech-focused environment that values reliability, product expertise, and customer satisfaction.Role Description The Retail Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis, responsible for overseeing daily retail operations and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role involves supervising retail staff, organizing work schedules, and providing guidance and coaching to support performance and adherence to company policies. The Retail Supervisor monitors inventory levels, maintains product displays, and ensures accurate pricing and promotional implementation. This position also handles customer inquiries and escalations, coordinates with the distribution and logistics teams, and prepares regular sales and performance reports. The role requires hands-on presence on the sales floor, supporting the team in meeting targets and delivering an excellent in-store experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and staff development.Candidates should possess solid Retail Operations experience, including store management, inventory control, and sales floor organization.Candidates should possess thorough Product Knowledge related to printers, inks, computer accessories, and associated technology solutions.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, enabling clear direction to staff and professional interaction with customers and partners.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to resolve issues, manage complaints, and maintain client satisfaction.Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in tech or electronics retail, basic understanding of POS systems, and familiarity with security and networking solutions.A relevant diploma or degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a supervisory role within retail.
