Join Our Team as a Sales and Marketing Executive AMDT School of Creativity is Sri Lanka’s multidisciplinary creative institution, where creativity, technology, and business intersect to develop industry-ready, future-focused thinkers who shape culture, industry, and society.Key Responsibilities Support student recruitment activities and contribute to achieving admissions and enrolment targets.Follow up on enquiries, maintain the sales pipeline, and assist in converting prospective students into enrolments.Conduct student consultations and provide accurate information on programmes and admission requirements.Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, open days, exhibitions, school visits, events, and programme launches.Assist in digital marketing activities, social media campaigns, website updates, and content coordination.Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, applications, and enrolments, and prepare regular performance reports.Build and maintain relationships with schools, corporate partners, and other stakeholders to support student recruitment.Conduct market research and provide insights on competitor activities and emerging opportunities.Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Admissions, Student Recruitment, or a similar role.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve individual and team objectives.Good understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM systems is an advantage.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Experience in higher education, training, or the education sector will be an added advantage.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who takes ownership, pays attention to detail, and enjoys ensuring that campus facilities and daily operations run smoothly.📩 Send your CV to jobs@amdt.lk or Apply : Careers at AMDT School of Creativity | Jobs in Colombo, Sri LankaPlease mention “Sales and Marketing Executive” in the subject line of your application.
