Sales Intern – Business Development (Commission-based) Jeddah · [On-site / Hybrid] · [3–6] months · [Full-time / Part-time] Unpaid internship.About CyberAgora CyberAgora (التجمع الرقمي) is a Saudi software company. We build Run OSS, an operations platform for businesses running more than one site: - Clinics and medical complexes: NPHIES insurance claims, ZATCA e-invoicing, WhatsApp appointment reminders - Retail and pharmacy branches: Wasfaty, POS and staff attendance in one system, working alongside any existing POS - Residential compounds: maintenance requests over WhatsApp, rent tracking, gate and visitor access, power monitoring and control We also plan, install and maintain the smart devices behind the software (access control, cameras, Wi-Fi and power control) with partners including Ubiquiti, Shelly, ZKTeco and SUNMI.The role You'll work directly with our Head of Business on sales across clinics, retail and compounds. What you'll do - Research target companies and decision-makers and build prospect lists - Run first-touch outreach by phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn - Follow up on leads and book discovery calls - Keep the CRM accurate: contacts, activities and next steps - Join discovery calls and demos, take notes and handle follow-ups - Help prepare proposals and sales materials You'll also get- Hands-on B2B sales experience across three industries - A completion certificate and reference letter - [Strong performers will be considered for a full-time role] What we're looking for - Final-year student or recent graduate in business, marketing or a related field - Confident on the phone in Arabic (including Saudi dialect) and English - Organized, with strong follow-through - Comfortable hearing "no" and moving on to the next call - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Nice to have - Experience with a CRM or prospecting tools - Interest in healthcare, retail or real estate operations
