Sales Manager

Our client, a reputable company based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the bottled water industry, FMCG, or trading to drive sales growth and expand market presence.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients.Expand distribution networks and explore new market opportunities.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.Manage sales operations, including order processing, billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining customer satisfaction.Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.Key RequirementsGraduate in any discipline; a degree in Business or Marketing is an advantage.3-4 years of relevant UAE sales experience in the bottled water industry, FMCG, or trading.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.Experience in sales distribution, dealer network management, and customer relationship management.Billing and invoicing experience is essential.Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Good knowledge of sales reporting, market analysis, and MS Excel.Bilingual communication skills in English and Arabic are preferred.Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.Salary & BenefitsSalary: AED 10,000 - 12,000 per month, plus performance-based commission.Employment visa and medical insurance as per applicable UAE labour laws.How to ApplyInterested candidates who meet the above criteria are invited to share their updated CV to careers@sundubai.net.Please mention “FMCG Manager –Dubai” in the subject line when applying.Join a growing team and take the next step in your sales career!
