We’re Hiring a Sales ManagerAqua-Tots Swim Schools is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and enhance the customer experience across our schools.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop Sales & Customer Experience teams.Drive enrollment growth and achieve revenue targets.Optimize lead management and sales conversion.Improve customer experience and retention.Develop sales strategies, KPIs, and performance dashboards.Requirements3–4+ years of experience in multi-branch sales leadership or regional operations management.Experience in customer-facing industries such as fitness, sports, hospitality, retail, or wellness.Proven track record in managing multi-branch revenue and achieving sales targets.Hands-on experience with CRM systems, sales pipelines, and conversion tracking.Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.Excellent communication skills; Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.Locations: Riyadh & Dammam, Saudi Arabia.Interested?
