Traffic Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement traffic management strategies to improve vehicle flow and site accessibility.Oversee daily traffic operations across multiple locations and projects.Manage traffic control teams, including traffic marshals and on-ground resources.Conduct traffic studies, flow analysis, traffic counts, and congestion assessments.Develop traffic circulation plans, vehicle routing strategies, and access management solutions.Coordinate traffic infrastructure, including signage, road markings, entry/exit points, and traffic control systems.Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, safety standards, and operational requirements.Conduct traffic risk assessments and investigate traffic-related incidents.Coordinate with clients, authorities, contractors, and internal departments.Monitor traffic performance, prepare reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in traffic management, traffic engineering, or transportation planning.Experience managing traffic operations across multiple sites or projects is preferred.Knowledge of traffic studies, traffic modeling, flow analysis, and road safety standards.Strong analytical, planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Traffic flow efficiency and congestion reduction.Vehicle movement and queue management.Traffic safety and incident reduction.Compliance with traffic management plans and regulations.Operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
