Sales Manager

Black Tie Consultancy is partnering with a leading real estate developer in Dubai to identify a Sales Manager. This is a hands-on role for someone who sells directly, leads a small team and takes ownership of off-plan sales targets.What you’ll be doing:You’ll drive off-plan sales across the developer’s current and upcoming projects, handling direct buyers, investors and broker partners from first enquiry through to booking. You’ll lead and coach the sales team, run presentations, gallery visits and project launches, and build strong relationships with brokerages and channel partners. You’ll also keep the CRM and weekly sales reports up to date.What we’re looking for:5+ years in Dubai off-plan real estate sales, including at least 2 years leading a teamProven record of meeting sales targets with a developerStrong network among Dubai brokers and investorsGood knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations, including RERA, DLD and OqoodConfident in negotiation and in presenting to high-value clientsFluent in English, with Arabic or another language a plusBased in Dubai or able to relocate quickly
