Sales Manager – Credit Risk/credit insurance

We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across B2B fintech, trade credit, KYC/KYB, credit reports, trade finance, and credit risk solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team revenue targets.Develop and execute sales strategies across Membership, Credit Reports, Verification, Trade Finance, and Credit Assessment solutions.Build strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, credit insurers, SMEs, buyers, and sellers.Own the complete sales pipeline, including forecasting, deal progression, risks, and opportunities.Drive new customer acquisition, membership growth, and product adoption.Recruit, onboard, train, and develop sales team members.Conduct regular pipeline reviews, 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.Partner with Marketing on lead-generation campaigns and market outreach.Work closely with Product and Operations teams to support customer onboarding and relay market feedback.Track sales metrics, KPIs, CRM hygiene, win rates, conversion, retention, and forecast accuracy.RequirementsBusiness Information / Credit Risk ServicesMinimum 3 years of experience managing or leading a sales team.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.Strong understanding of the UAE banking, trade credit, or SME lending market.Strong negotiation, coaching, relationship-management, and communication skills.Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics.Strong forecasting and data-driven decision-making skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
