The Sales Promoter is responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating product features, and promoting Yankee Candle products to drive sales. Daily tasks include welcoming customers, answering product questions, offering scent recommendations, and maintaining clean and visually appealing displays. The role also involves handling basic point-of-sale operations, monitoring stock levels on the sales floor, and supporting in-store promotions and events. The Sales Promoter is expected to work collaboratively with the store team to meet sales targets and uphold company standards for customer experience.Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.Proven sales and sales promotion abilities, including experience meeting or exceeding sales goals in a retail or similar environment.Comfortable working with basic operating systems and point-of-sale tools to process transactions and access product information.Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple customer interactions, and maintain an organized, presentable work area.Prior retail experience, especially in specialty or fragrance products, is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent education preferred; willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
