This role is responsible for coordinating annual maintenance contract (AMC) services, including scheduling, tracking service activities, and ensuring timely delivery of engineering support to customers. The coordinator works closely with sales, technical, and operations teams to prepare proposals, manage documentation, and follow up on service orders and contract renewals. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, updating service records, monitoring contract performance, and supporting the resolution of service-related issues. The role also involves preparing reports on service activities, maintaining accurate data in relevant systems, and contributing to continuous improvement of service processes.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Service Coordination and Operations Management skills to handle AMC planning, scheduling, and documentation efficiently.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.Candidates should possess basic technical understanding of engineering or maintenance services to support accurate coordination of AMC activities.Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office and relevant CRM or ERP systems, along with strong organizational and time-management skills.Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, and prior experience in service coordination or AMC roles in an engineering or technical environment is beneficial.Minimum 3 years UAE experience required in managing AMC Preferably for Engineering, maintenance / service of products and equipmentService level agreements preparation & managing throughout the AMC tenureEngineering analytical aptitude and technical knowledge of spare parts, consumables, Must have Warranty claims, after sales service, technician coordination, job orders.Preparing LPOs, supply chain coordination with warehouse, freight forwarders, clearance agents, shipping companies, up to delivery coordination on site.
