Salesforce Solution Architect

Join our Salesforce practice at ConX Digital, working with clients across the Middle East to design and deliver Salesforce solutions.We’re looking for architects with experience across Salesforce CRM clouds, Digital clouds, or both. Experience spanning both sides would be particularly valuable, but we’re equally interested in candidates who bring depth in one area.Your background may be in functional consulting or technical delivery. What matters is your ability to understand a business problem, make sound design decisions and guide a team from discovery through to go-live.ResponsibilitiesLead discovery sessions and workshops to understand business goals, requirements and existing systems.Own solution design across Salesforce CRM and/or Digital clouds, depending on your expertise and the project.Translate requirements into clear designs covering business processes, data, security and integrations.Help clients choose the right approach, balancing business value, platform capabilities and delivery effort.Work with consultants, developers and project managers to agree priorities, delivery phases and acceptance criteria.Guide delivery in your area of expertise, working with other specialists where needed.Support testing, release readiness and solution quality.Contribute to proposals, estimates and solution planning for new opportunities.Requirements5+ years of Salesforce experience, including ownership of solution design and delivery.Strong experience in Salesforce CRM clouds or Digital clouds; experience across both is a plus.Confidence leading client workshops and explaining decisions to business and technical stakeholders.A sound understanding of Salesforce capabilities, data, security and integrations within your area of expertise.Experience guiding delivery teams, ideally in a consulting environment.Relevant Salesforce certifications are welcome, alongside practical delivery experience.Functional architecture experienceYou can lead discovery, design business processes and translate requirements into clear solutions, working with technical specialists to guide delivery.Technical architecture experienceYou can define an implementable architecture, make platform and integration decisions, and guide developers through delivery.We welcome both functional and technical architects.
