Salesforce Tester & Developer

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch and scheduled jobs following Salesforce best practices.
• Configure objects, fields, validation rules, flows, page layouts and security (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
• Develop and support integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Prepare test plans, test scenarios and test cases from business requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration and system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Write Apex unit tests with the required code coverage and develop automated test scripts (Selenium, Provar or similar).
• Log, track and retest defects using tools such as Jira, and report status to the Technical Lead / Project Manager.
• Support deployments and post-go-live issue resolution, and prepare technical and test documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and/or testing (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).
• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Flows, declarative configuration and the Salesforce security model.
• Knowledge of the software testing life cycle, test design techniques and defect management.
• Experience with API testing (Postman or similar), data loading tools and Git; familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
• Good written and spoken English and strong problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I / Administrator or ISTQB certification preferred.
• Experience with UAE or GCC clients preferred. Salary & Benefits Salary, compensation and benefits will be discussed in person during the interview, depending on the candidate’s qualification and experience.
