SAP Concur Expense and Request Consultant

Make an impact supporting Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies.We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Concur Travel & Expense Implementation Consultant to join our team supporting complex enterprise and federal government environments. This role is ideal for a seasoned Concur professional with deep expertise in solution design, configuration, system integrations, regulatory compliance, and implementation leadership.You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient travel and expense management solutions that meet the needs of diverse organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP Concur Travel & Expense implementation, configuration, and deployment initiatives.Design, configure, and optimize Concur Travel, Expense, and Reporting solutions based on business and regulatory requirements.Facilitate design workshops, gather business requirements, document functional specifications, and translate requirements into effective system solutions.Manage integrations between Concur Expense and ERP, HR, and third-party applications, including TripIt, ExpenseIt, fraud detection, risk management, duty of care, and SOS solutions.Apply knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), government travel requirements, and credit card clearing processes.Lead and support functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, resolution, and implementation readiness.Assess change impacts across user communities, including travelers, managers, administrators, and finance teams.Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure successful project delivery.Provide functional guidance, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend process improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.Support change management, user adoption, and post-implementation activities.Required Qualifications7+ years of SAP Concur Travel & Expense implementation experience.In-depth knowledge of SAP Concur configuration, including Travel, Expense, and Reporting.Proven experience integrating Concur Expense with ERP systems, HR platforms, and third-party applications.Familiarity with Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), government travel requirements, and credit card clearing processes.Knowledge of industry regulations, internal controls, and compliance standards.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated experience leading requirements gathering, design workshops, testing activities, and defect management.Strong understanding of organizational change impacts across travelers, managers, administrators, and other user groups.SAP Concur Travel Implementation and Configuration certification.Preferred SkillsExperience supporting large-scale enterprise implementations for Fortune 500 organizations or federal agencies.Familiarity with complex financial systems, enterprise integrations, and regulated business environments.Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or traditional project delivery environments.Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.Why Join Us?Join a team delivering technology solutions to some of the world's largest enterprises and federal government organizations.
