SAP Lead

Job Title: Senior SAP Technical Solution Lead / Architect Employment Type - Contractor 1+y and extendable Base Location: Dubai & Deployment Location (Ras Al Khaimah, UAE) Experience - 9-12y NP: Immediate to 15 days Job Purpose We are seeking a Lead technical architecture, design governance and delivery across SAP ECC and S/4HANA and steer developers, vendors and partners toward secure, scalable, maintainable solutions.

The reporting would be to Head of IT Change Delivery / SAP Manager Key Responsibilities ▸ End-to-end SAP technical solution design across ECC and S/4HANA - SDDs, TDDs and specifications ▸ Technical leadership for ABAP/OO, BADIs, OData, CDS, RAP, Fiori/UI5 and Adobe/Smart Forms ▸ SAP Workflow and integration architecture - CPI iFlows, APIs, RFC/BAPI, BTP and Event Mesh ▸ Coding standards, code reviews and a technical debt register with remediation roadmap ▸ Technical oversight from SIT and UAT through cutover, go-live and stabilization ▸ Direct vendors and partners, drive knowledge transfer and contribute to the RISE initiative Required Qualifications ▸ Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field ▸ 9-12+ years SAP technical experience with significant architecture leadership ▸ At least 3 full-cycle SAP implementation, upgrade or migration projects ▸ Proven record leading SAP development teams, vendors and outsourced partners ▸ Government, large-enterprise or regulated environment background is an advantage ▸ SAP technical certification(s) a plus Must-have skills · ABAP / ABAP OO - Expert · SAP Workflow — Expert · S/4HANA & ECC · SAP CPI / Integration Suite · OData / APIs · CDS Views · Fiori / UI5 · BAPI / BDC / RFC · User Exits / BADIs · Solution Architecture · Code Review & Governance · Performance Tuning · Secure Development GOOD TO HAVE: · RAP · SAP BTP · Agile / DevOps / CI-CD In case interested, please send your CV to hr@searchjob.ai with subject line “Dubai_SAP LEAD - Name/Experience/Domain”
