Position: Scaffolding Supervisor

Location: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Civil ConstructionJob Description- Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities at construction sites.- Ensure all scaffolding work complies with approved procedures, project requirements, and UAE safety regulations.- Coordinate with site engineers, civil supervisors, and HSE officers to ensure smooth project execution.- Supervise scaffolding teams and allocate daily tasks according to project requirements.- Inspect scaffolding structures to ensure stability, safety, and proper access before use.- Monitor manpower productivity and ensure work is completed within project timelines.- Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of scaffolding materials.- Maintain scaffolding inspection records and daily progress reports.- Ensure all workers follow site safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Requirements- Minimum 5+ years of experience in scaffolding supervision in the UAE.- Must have experience in high-rise building construction projects.- Must have experience in villa construction projects.- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, erection procedures, and construction site safety standards.- Proven ability to supervise scaffolding teams and coordinate with site management.- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.- Relevant scaffolding and safety certifications are an advantage.
