Scrum Master

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will be the champion of completing the delivery of our services in Agile methodologies, facilitating Scrum events, and coaching the team to reach their full potential. he will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth workflows, removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality.Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring they are productive and time-boxed.Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress in alignment with Project Manager.Ensure transparency of the Scrum process and progress.Assist the Project Manager in providing insights into the team's progress and performance.Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and refining the Product Backlog.Promote continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and helping the team implement agreed-upon actions.Foster close collaboration within the Scrum team and with the Product Owner and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent education and experience.Certified Scrum Master.Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments with minimum 5+ years of professional experience.Strong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and Lean practicesMust Have Skills:Experience with different Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, XP).Technical background in software development.Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Leadership and organizational skills.Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
