Security Management Supervisor (UAE National)

About the Role

A leading organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced and proactive Security Management Supervisor to support the effective implementation and supervision of security operations, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, facilities, and organizational assets.The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising security personnel, monitoring security procedures, and ensuring compliance with established policies, operational standards, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily security operations across assigned facilities and locations.Monitor security personnel, duty schedules, attendance, and performance.Ensure the effective implementation of security policies, procedures, and access control measures.Conduct regular security inspections and identify potential risks or vulnerabilities.Coordinate incident reporting, investigations, and appropriate corrective actions.Liaise with relevant internal departments and external security authorities when required.Maintain security records, operational reports, and incident documentation.Support emergency preparedness, incident response, and business continuity procedures.Ensure compliance with applicable security requirements and organizational standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Public Safety, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience in security operations and the supervision of security personnel.Strong knowledge of security procedures, access control, incident management, and risk assessment.Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage security teams and respond effectively to operational incidents.Experience in large organizations, transport, logistics, facilities management, or multi-site operations is an advantage.Relevant UAE security certifications or licensing, where applicable, will be an advantage.
