Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Senior Accountant to lead our corporate accounting, team management, and financial operations across multiple profit centers. The ideal candidate will possess deep GCC financial experience, advanced proficiency in Tally and Zoho systems, and the leadership capacity to manage both a central finance team and independent branch accounts.Key Responsibilities Multi-Branch Operations: Oversee, consolidate, and manage the financial and accounting operations for 3 independent branches / profit centers. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and effectively manage a finance team of 5 to 6 members. Financial Management: Direct day-to-day corporate accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow optimization. Systems Utilization: Maintain, audit, and streamline financial records using Tally and Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite. Reporting & Compliance: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and ensure strict compliance with UAE VAT regulations and GCC corporate tax laws. Audit & Analysis: Coordinate internal and external audits, perform variance analysis, and provide strategic financial insights to executive management.Candidate Requirements Education: Postgraduate degree (PG) in Commerce (M.Com), MBA in Finance, or higher professional accounting qualifications. Experience: 10 to 15 years of robust corporate accounting and financial management experience, including mandatory GCC experience. Age Profile: Strictly under 40 years of age. Software Expertise: Deep, hands-on proficiency in Tally and Zoho systems.
