Senior Accounting Specialist Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 16,000 - 18,000About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accounting Specialist to support the financial operations of the related entities. The role involves managing accounting records, financial reporting, VAT compliance, banking transactions, and supporting audits across a diversified portfolio of entities and investments.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate accounting records and perform account reconciliations.Process accounts payable, receivable, and intercompany transactions.Prepare monthly financial reports and support IFRS-compliant financial statements.Reconcile bank accounts and assist with cash flow management.Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns and maintain compliance documentation.Manage fixed asset records and investment accounting activities.Support internal and external audits and maintain financial controls.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.3 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a Private Equity, Aviation, Family Office, or multi-entity environment.Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting software.High level of accuracy, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
